We offer a course filled with fresh and rich ingredients from the Tohoku region, and the local thoughts and delicacies of the region. You can enjoy to your heart's content our carefully selected ingredients such as meat, fish, vegetables, etc., which we purchase directly from the producers. We also offer an all-you-can-drink plan for each course with an upgrade to include craft beer for an additional 1,000 yen. Please enjoy our various courses to suit any occasion, and enjoy our many excellent products.

We offer a rich selection of Tohoku "delicacies" such as Sendai's famous "Beef tongue" and Akita Prefecture's "Iburi Gako", as well as seafood, meat, vegetables, and other ingredients directly from the production area. We also offer "Silky Pancakes" carefully baked one by one using carefully selected flour, fermented butter, and authentic Canadian organic maple. These pancakes are soft, fluffy, and silky to the touch. Please enjoy them with a spoon.

We offer three different flavors of Tohoku craft beer from six prefectures in the Tohoku region. Please feel free to contact us for more information. We recommend our special "Choti-Drink Set" for a quick drink on your way home from work or shopping. This set includes your choice of drink and mini snacks from the Tohoku region. In addition, we also offer standard alcoholic beverages, soft drinks, and home-roasted hot coffee inspired by the six Tohoku prefectures.

Our restaurant is located on the third floor of the East Building of S-PAL, a one-minute walk from Sendai Station, and is like a hideaway with a relaxed atmosphere. The large windows overlooking the east exit of Sendai Station let in natural light, creating a bright and open space. The spacious layout and sofa seating make for a relaxing and comfortable dining experience.
